Born in La Coruña, Spain, I pursued my art education at the Ringling College of Art and Design in Sarasota, Florida.

After graduating, I began working as a commercial artist, with commissions from a varied group of clients — Esquire Magazine, Paste Magazine, Faber & Faber, DK Publishing, Oxford University Press, Record labels, Newspapers...

In recent years, however, I began looking inward for inspiration, creating more personal work intended for gallery audiences.

Through allegory, stylization and layers of symbolism, both conscious and subconscious, I construct ambiguous narratives, inviting and challenging the viewer to be an active participant in the experience.
