Los Acusicas & the Orange Socks

A weird concept on this one. Its an illustration of a Spanish Punk band. Their base player uses orange socks as a lucky charm in every concert, so my guess was that when they go on tour he has to wash them every single day, or at least I hope so. This is another of those promo Cd covers I made, it´s inspired by a song that talks about a girl named Alice that is trapped in her own world trying to find herself. boceto acusicas

As you can see i moved them around a little for the final illustration, and colored over the pencils digitally. It turn out as a fun image of them waiting for the socks to dry, and i like how the colors turned out.
